Our Anthropocene Age

I muse a lot about humanity's impact on our environment. In how so much of our daily life negatively affects the ocean; how we've passed 7 of the 9 planetary boundaries necessary to sustain life on Earth; how, perhaps, it is our privilege and not our right to exist on this earth and that, therefore, perhaps something will endure even after we've passed on as a species, leaving behind scars on what remains.
